Salton Sea Fishing for Tilapia

Just returned from a fun-filled fishing trip to the Salton Sea. I hope you enjoy the video of the tilapia fishing!
Not much to report, aside from stained waters, plenty of small tilapia, and a long, long drive.

    The Salton Sea appears to be an interesting place. I have read about it because I am a sand collector, and hope to one day go there for the sand. Looking at sand under a microscope is very interesting, and the Salton Sea sand will have a huge variety of biogenic stuff in it.
